Marketing Traffic Coordinator

The traffic manager will create detailed schedules, set deadlines at each stage of the project, and make sure that work is distributed equally and fairly between creative teams and other departments.

Duties:

  • Meet with team to learn about the status of existing projects and details about new projects
  • Create a schedule for projects
  • Assign tasks using the trafficking system in place
  • Review current and future timelines and project statuses with the team, and if necessary, the individuals working on the projects
  • Update project management systems daily with status updates and assignments
  • Reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities
  • Report to management about the current workflow and communicate any possible issues
  • Work with other departments on invoicing and possible additional costs due to rush fees or unexpected deadlines
  • Work with freelancers and temporary contractors

Skills:

  • Proficient in traffic management software

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other business related field preferred
