Administrative / Office Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of MS Office, and general office procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills along with a positive and professional demeanor required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and updating files
  • Scanning, filing and answering phones
  • Data entry
  • Assist with special projects and other related duties as necessary
  • Assist with various clerical tasks as needed

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to work both independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Must be a team player with a sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Ability and willingness to learn and understand new technology

Experience:

  • 2+ years experience preferred
