Marketing/Administrative Assistant

Looking for a full-time Marketing/Administrative Assistant who is a bright, self-starter, and enthusiastic professional. Need someone with excellent administrative skills, marketing experience, and attention to detail. Someone who can work to find solutions to various administrative and business tasks and help conduct research within the investment area. The Marketing Assistant will also assist in document design and graphic presentation.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including maintaining a calendar, contact info, etc…  
  • Help create marketing/client process and work with CRM system (help define parameters)
  • Perform data entry and become proficient in chosen Client Relationship Management system (populate, maintain, update) 
  • Work to establish marketing plans, goals, deadlines, and accountability
  • Assist in solving any Administrative challenges, recommending how to solve problems
  • Contribute ideas to various marketing projects
  • Prepare and modify documents in Word, PowerPoint, Excel

 

Qualifications:  

 

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Marketing experience
  • Experience preparing visual presentations
  • Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 
  • Strong attention to details and strong organizational skills 
  • Self-Starter, excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Solid research skills 
  • Mac Savvy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration; or upper-level progress toward a Bachelor’s degree
