Administrative Assistant

Looking for a full time Administrative Assistant who is a bright, self-starter, and enthusiastic professional. Need someone with excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and who can work with me in finding solutions to various administrative and business tasks. This role would also help conduct research within the investment area.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including maintaining calendar, contact info, etc  
  • Help create marketing/client process and work with CRM system (help define parameters)
  • Perform data entry and become proficient in chosen Client Relationship Management system (populate, maintain, update) 
  • Work with me in establishing a marketing plan, goals, deadline, accountability, and follow up 
  • Assist in solving any Administrative challenges, recommending how to solve problems
  • Prepare and modify documents in Word, Powerpoint, Excel




  • 2+ years of administrative experience 
  • Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook 
  • Strong attention to details and strong organizational skills 
  • Self Starter, excellent problem solving skills 
  • Solid research skills 
  • Knowledge of MacAir
  • Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
